Practice & Experience: Tarek is an expert in maritime and insurance law, with over 16 years’ experience in the Middle East. He has been practicing in the UAE for more than six years.

His extensive experience includes handling claims for shortage, damages, salvage, vessel explosion and insurance as well as appearing before the courts at various levels. Tarik also has experience in civil, real estate, criminal and labour litigation in the UAE.

He is admitted to the Egyptian Bar and holds an LLB from Ein Shams University and a Diploma of Maritime Law from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.  He speaks Arabic and English.
