Intellectual Property/Franchising
As greater value is placed on intanigble assets of a
company, the preservation of intellectual property has become a key
concern of most businesses. Our intellectual property team is able to
advise on all aspects of intellectual property rights in the UAE.
Our team is trained and familiar with the
international classifications of intellectual property and the
international treaties and conventions to which the UAE is a signatory.
Further, our familiarity with the local law allows us to prepare and
submit applications for registration of trademark, copyright and

authorities allows us to provide our client with the practical legal
