Practice & Experience:	Farid has been practicing in the Middle East for over six years specializing in banking and finance law and corporate law. He has extensive experience in handling various banking and finance matters and regularly advises international banks. He is also experienced in handling syndication loan agreements, sale and purchase agreements and transactions, corporate restructuring, corporate financing, leasing and trade finance as well as other commercial agreements and documentation. Farid holds an LLB in Law from the University of Damascus, Syria and an LLM in International Business Law from the University of London- Queen Mary, UK. He is admitted to the Damascus Bar Association and speaks English, Arabic and German.
