Practice & Experience:	Mohamed has more than eight years experience in law in the Middle East on a wide range of contentious and commercial matters. He specialises in drafting commercial agreements such as agency, distribution, sales representatives, franchises and licensing agreements as well as counseling on agency restriction rules and regulations, due diligence, and merger and acquisition transactions amongst others. Mohamed has extensive experience in commercial matters, civil, and administrative matters together with family affairs and criminal court proceedings. Further to this he is experienced in advising major petroleum companies on pre-contract negotiations and drafting and reviewing all types of petroleum service agreements. He also has experience in dealing with intellectual property rights and has managed several high-profile companies IP portfolios. Mohammed holds an LLB from Alexandria University, Egypt and is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association. He speaks English and Arabic.
