Carine has more than 11 years’ experience in the corporate and commercial law in the Middle East and in depth experience of the UAE laws with an emphasis on the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. She is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, asset sale, securities, corporate structuring and restructuring and joint ventures.
Carine is praised by clients for the commerciality of her advice and she regularly advises on corporate finance, structure finance, mergers and acquisitions.
She also specializes in legislative drafting and regulatory matters and has been involved in drafting reviewing several Federal and local legislations in addition to advising governmental agencies on regulatory matters.
Carine holds an LL.B in Private Law and a Degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon and is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association. She is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
