Celine has been practicing law in the Middle East for over six years and specialises in arbitration. She is experienced in both UAE and international arbitration across a variety of areas of the law including real estate, banking and finance, corporate and commercial.
She also advises on UAE property law, corporate and commercial law and due diligence and has unique expertise in the structuring and restructuring of governmental and semi-governmental authorities as well as reviewing and drafting laws and regulations.
Celine holds a BA in Lebanese and Comparative Law from the Saint Joseph University, Lebanon and is fluent in English, Arabic and French. She is admitted to the Beirut Bar.
