Practice & Experience:	Intisar has over ten years’ corporate and commercial experience in the UAE specializing in corporate licensing, restructuring, group restructuring and business spin-offs. She has extensive knowledge of equity investments, partnership and fund matters, and is well versed in transactional matters such as sale and purchase agreements, transfer of shares, and joint-venture s. Intisar holds an LLM, a Post Graduate Studies Diploma Degree in Business Law and an LLB, from the Lebanese University. She is fluent in English and Arabic and has an understanding of French.
