Practice & Experience:	Mohammed has over seven years’ experience in corporate and commercial law in the UAE. He specialises in capital markets, regulatory law and transactional work. He is also experienced in bankruptcy and litigation in the UAE. Mohammed is experienced in the negotiation and drafting of project documentation and a wide range of commercial agreements. He regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance in relation to the acquisition and leasing of assets and company mergers. He is admitted to the Jordan Bar and is a member of the IBA. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Law from Bond University in Australia and an LLB from the University of Jordan. Mohammed is fluent in English and Arabic.
