Shoeb specialises in corporate and commercial law and has been practicing in the Gulf region for over five years. He advises on all aspects of UAE commercial law, employment law and agency law with extensive experience in commercial contracts, commercial agency, and bankruptcy.
Before moving to the Middle East, Shoeb worked extensively on direct and indirect taxation, including VAT Laws in India.
Shoeb is admitted to the Maharashtra and Goa Bars and holds an LLB from Nagpur University (Maharashtra, India) and is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
